  • Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
    Yes, if there are still any left! Tickets sell quickly, with most events selling out days or weeks in advance. However, you can buy tickets right up until the start of the film, if they’re still available.
  • How many tickets can I buy on the website, per transaction, for an event?
    A maximum of 20. If you would like to book for a larger group, just email us and we would be happy to help.
  • Can I buy tickets for more than one event?

    They will be sent to the email address that you used to book with.
  • How does the ELECTRONIC TICKET work?
    The e-ticket in your email contains a QR code that we will scan at the door of the venue.
  • How do I know that the purchase was successful?
    You will receive an immediate email confirmation. Please note that this may go to your “junk” or “spam” inboxes by mistake.
  • Where can I find directions to the venue?
    Directions to the venue can be found on the ticket page, the event page on the website, and on your e-tickets.
  • What is the age limit for the shows?
    Every show is different. Please consult the event page. The minimum age will be shown as M/12 for 12 years old, for example.
  • Are there discounts for groups, families, seniors, children, students or subscribers?
    Our subscribers all receive exclusive discounts, so sign up!!
  • I bought a ticket but now I can't go to the event. Will I get a refund?
    Ticket sales are final, and cannot be refunded. However, if you are unable to attend then please do give or sell the ticket to someone else so that they can enjoy the show!
  • What if the event I bought tickets for is cancelled?
    All tickets can be returned or will be valid for a new rescheduled date. All ticket holders will be notified of the cancellation as soon as possible.
  • If the event is postponed can I use the same tickets for the new date?
    Yes, absolutely.
  • If the event is postponed to a date I cannot attend, do I get a refund?
    Yes, just let us know up to 48hrs before the new date, and you can get a full refund.
  • Can I leave and re-enter the venue with my ticket?
    Yes, just please notify the door staff when you leave.
  • What payment methods are available inside the venue?
    Different venues have different facilities. However, popcorn is always cash or MBway only. As a safe rule, we recommend bringing cash with you to all of our shows.
  • I bought tickets together with my friends, do we all have to enter together?
    No, but your tickets will all be on the same email, so the person with the email will need to be present when each person enters the venue.
  • Is there food and drinks in the venue?
    Yes. All of our shows are complemented by bar and kitchen service. Please check the event page and pre-event emails to see what will be on offer for your event!
  • Can I bring my own food?
    To support our food and beverage partners, we kindly ask you not to bring food or drinks with you to the shows.
  • Do you have vegetarian or vegan options on the menu?
    Yes, please consult the menus provided for each show on the website, or pre-event emails which are sent out on the day of the event.

    Entrance for the film, an comfy deckchair, sofa, or director’s chair, and great vibes!
  • Is there space for people with mobility issues in the venues?
    Yes, please consult with our team in advance so that we can ensure you are accommodated and have easy access.
  • Can I smoke in the venues?
    Yes, but please be mindful of your neighbours!
  • Is it admitted the entrance of animals?
    Except in Escala 25, yes, they are very welcome. In fact we encourage it! The usual rules apply: Be well behaved, on a lead, quiet, and clean.
  • How is the procedure with the lost and found things?
    We keep all lost and found items for two weeks after the event. Please contact us as soon as possible with any items that you have lost and a detailed description.
