As an open-air cinema, we are dependent on the weather. However, Lisbon is blessed with a fantastic climate, so cancellations and postponements are very rare! In the event of light rain, the event will still go ahead. In the event of heavy rain, we will postpone the show and all tickets can be returned or will be valid for the new date. Please note, we do not automatically cancel events due to rain forecasts. In many cases, it is ok to continue, even if the weather forecast is not on our side, and we end up having a great show! If there is a bad weather forecast, our team will assess the situation, and if they decide to make any changes or cancellations, all ticket holders will be notified at the latest by 14h00 on the day of the event.

You’ll receive an email at the address used to book your ticket. We’ll also post updates on our Instagram.

Yes! You can either request a full refund or use your ticket for another screening. We’ll explain all your options in the cancellation email.

If you haven’t received a cancellation notice by mid-afternoon on the day of the event, the screening is going ahead! Otherwise, bring a light jacket or umbrella, just in case.
