  • How can I buy tickets to an event?
    You can buy tickets directly here.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
    Yes, but only if there are any left! Most events sell out in advance, so we recommend booking early. Tickets remain on sale until the film starts if available.
  • How does the e-ticket work?
    Your e-ticket contains a QR code. We’ll scan it at the door when you arrive, just show it on your phone or print it.
  • How do I know my purchase was successful?
    You’ll get an email confirmation right away. If it doesn’t appear, check your junk/spam folder.
  • Can I swap or refund my ticket?
    All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you're welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else!
  • What if the event is cancelled?
    In the very rare case that we have to cancel or postpone an event, you’ll receive an email with the option to get a full refund or to use your ticket for the rescheduled date.
  • What if the event is postponed?
    Your ticket will still be valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the rescheduled event, just let us know by email (info@theblackcatcinema.com) 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
  • I bought tickets with my friends, do we need to enter together?
    Not necessarily. However, all tickets will be sent to the same email, so you’ll need to re-share each person’s ticket with them if they do not arrive with you.
